Delivery & Returns


Due to current uncertainties, we only offer delivery within the UK. Some delivery times are also taking longer than usual.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day as long as the order is received by 11am Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Shipping Orders are sent via a service of our preference based on the weight and value of the item(s) you have ordered and cannot be selected at your preference. If you select another shipping option when you have qualified for Free Shipping we will assume that this is your preference and we cannot guarantee a refund if it was a mistake. If we have to send the item(s) via courier we cannot provide Saturday delivery.

If you have preordered new releases along with other items, we will hold the whole order until all items are ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive your items in two shipments, please order them separately.



We use a tiered delivery cost for our items depending on the amount you spend.

If you change your mind and wish to return any "in stock" items, you have 14 days from the date that you received them to inform us of your decision, for pre ordered items we do not accept returns unless faulty. For any returns you will be responsible for all postage costs relating to dispatch and returning the product, and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 25% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

If you wish to cancel a ticket for an event, you have to let us know at least 48 hours before the event is due to occur. After this time, the tickets are non-refundable however can be transferred to another player.

You will have 30 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving. It is your responsibility to inform Muckell Consultancy Limited of any defects to any products. If no communication is made within 30 days, Muckell Consultancy Limited will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

If Muckell Consultancy Limited hears from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, complete with your order number. The items must still be in the same condition in which it was received.
