Escape from Mount Gram

The Lord of the Rings (LotR), the Card Game is a cooperative, Living Card Game (LCG) published by Fantasy Flight Games. One – two players (or up to four, with two core sets) take control of powerful characters and artifacts. Players will gather allies and coordinate efforts to take on the biggest threats to Middle-earth.

Escape from Mount Gram is the second of six adventure packs, each providing a structured scenario to play though. Collectively, the six scenarios form the Angmar Awakened Cycle – An extended adventure that takes place after the events that unfolded in The Lost Realm Deluxe expansion.

Note: This product is not a standalone adventure. Players will need a copies of The LotR card game: Core set and The Lost Realm expansion in order to play.

In the Escape from Mount Gram scenario, the Goblins of Mount Gram have surged forth from their dark stronghold. Their plans of invading Eriador are long past, but evil still lives within their hearts. After they capture a band of Rangers and heroes, the players and their heroes must lead a daring raid. Can you pull of a dramatic prison break to free the captives?

Escape from Mount Gram is played with an encounter deck formed of encounter sets: Escape from Mount Gram and Angmar Ocrs. The latter set is found in The Lost Realm expansion.

In this 60 card adventure pack you will find a new hero for the Lore sphere and three copies of nine different player cards. The new cards are divided between the spheres of influence – with two new cards for each sphere: Leadership, Tactics, Lore, and Spirit.
